Some of the products delivered were damaged during transport!
Send an email to our customer service at info@ducomat.be describing the problem, and send us a photo of the incorrect or damaged product.
We will ensure that replacements for the damaged products are sent to you as soon as possible, or reimburse you for the value of the damaged products using the bank details that you kindly provided to us.
In any case, your request will be processed and a solution found for you, even if it takes a little longer.
