A mistake in the order or too much material ordered ?
We accept returns when you have ordered too much material. However, we will ask you to pay the shipping costs. We also count on you to repackage them before shipment. Once the products have arrived at our premises, we will inspect them and determine whether or not they are in good condition.
If they are, a credit note will be sent to you and you will receive a refund via bank transfer.
Delivery that does not comply with the order
If a product is missing from your order, please email us as quickly as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +32 4 240 72 56. We will ensure that it is sent to you as soon as possible, or reimburse you for the value of the missing product, using the bank details that you kindly provided to us.
Products damaged during shipping
Send an email to our customer service at email@example.com describing the problem, and send us a photo of the incorrect or damaged product.
We will ensure that replacements for the damaged products are sent to you as soon as possible, or reimburse you for the value of the damaged products using the bank details that you kindly provided to us.
In any case, your request will be processed and a solution found for you, even if it takes a little longer.
