Can I place an order based on previously purchased products?

Absolutely! When you log into your account, you will be able to view ‘My order history and details’.


Can I keep track of certain items (so that I can buy them later)? 

Yes, on each product sheet, you will find a link entitled ‘Add to My Favourites’. 

Click on it to automatically save the product in your account. 

However, to use this feature you must have a customer account and be logged in (identified).


Is it possible to place orders by email or telephone?

Sorry, it is not possible to place orders by email or telephone. The entire ordering process is fully automated, so you must place your order and pay for it online.


Is it possible to modify my order by adding a product after payment?

As a rule, no. The ordering process is fully automated. However, we will do our best to assist you.

Is it possible to modify my order by deleting a product after payment?

Yes, again on the express condition that your order is still being prepared and has not yet been picked up by the carrier.

You can inform us of the product(s) to be removed from your order by emailing us at info@ducomat.be.


Can I cancel my order after I’ve paid for it?

Yes, on the express condition that your order is still being prepared and has not yet been picked up by the carrier.

You can request the cancellation of your order by emailing our customer service at info@ducomat.be.


Is it possible to change the delivery address for my order while it is still in the preparation stage?

Absolutely, on the express condition that your order is still being prepared and has not yet been picked up by the carrier.

Please email us at info@ducomat.be to let us know of the changes to be made.


I received my order but a product is missing.

If a product is missing from your order, please email us as quickly as possible at info@ducomat.be or call us at +32 4 240 72 56. We will ensure that it is sent to you as soon as possible, or reimburse you for the value of the missing product, using the bank details that you kindly provided to us.
