Laser-welded galvanized pipes for suction ducts for wood chips

Laser-welded galvanized pipes for suction ducts for wood chips (as well as other types of dust), are available in lengths of 0.5 metre, 1 metre, 1.5 metres and 2 metres (on request). They can be deployed by anyone with basic manual and technical skills.

They are assembled easily with various types of pipe rings.

Our galvanised steel industrial suction pipe, 0.7 mm or 1 mm thick, are laser-welded lengthwise from Ø 80 mm au Ø 400 mm. Beyond that length, they are closed by a lock seam. These two processes provide them with an excellent seal.

From diameter 80 mm to 350 mm, the thickness of the galvanized sheet steel is 0.7 mm, and 1 mm for diameters from 400 to 600 mm.

Each end of the pipe has a 5 mm flange which enables you to assemble pipes and our other components using our pipe rings into a network of suction pipes for your woodworking machines.

Of course, it is possible to custom fit them, using an angle grinder, and to create a 5 mm turned down edge using a pair of pliers and a hammer. Using a telescopic pipe of the appropriate diameter will enable a junction to be created easily.

We usually have all sizes in stock, from Ø 80 mm to 500 mm, in lengths of 0.5 metre, 1 metre, 1.5 metres, and 2 metres.

Depending on flows of incoming and outgoing goods, it is possible that products may occasionally be out of stock, but only for a short period.

Of course, it is possible to cut the pipes for your dust extraction system to size using an angle grinder/sander and to provide them with a 5 mm rim using pliers and a hammer. When you have measured the length you require, remember to add the length required to produce the desired rims.

To make things easier, you can establish the required connections by using telescoping pipes with appropriate diameters.

As a rule, we keep pipes of all sizes in stock, with diameters ranging from 80 mm to 500 mm and lengths of 0.5 mm, 1 m and 2 m.

A particular item may temporarily be out of stock depending on the flow of incoming and outgoing goods, but never for long.
