Pipes

The ducting pipes for wood chips (and for other dusts) are available in lengths of 0.5 m, 1 m and 2 m. Anyone who has the technical and trade-related skills will understand how to use them.

The pipes can be effortlessly connected using the various clamps. The clamps are attached to the 5 mm rims with which our pipes are equipped.

The pipes are made of galvanised steel with a thickness of 0.8 mm and feature a longitudinal crimp, which gives them excellent leak tightness. For pipes with diameters between 80 and 350 mm, the galvanised sheet metal is 0.8 mm thick, and for pipes with diameters between 400 and 600 mm it is 1 mm thick.

Of course, it is possible to cut the pipes for your dust extraction system to size using an angle grinder/sander and to provide them with a 5 mm rim using pliers and a hammer. When you have measured the length you require, remember to add the length required to produce the desired rims.

To make things easier, you can establish the required connections by using telescoping pipes with appropriate diameters.

As a rule, we keep pipes of all sizes in stock, with diameters ranging from 80 mm to 500 mm and lengths of 0.5 mm, 1 m and 2 m.

A particular item may temporarily be out of stock depending on the flow of incoming and outgoing goods, but never for long.
