Un projet sur mesure avec le SCHUKO VACOMAT 350 XP, alliant haute performance et technologie de pointe pour une menuiserie innovante et durable.
DUCOMAT carries out complete projects for the installation of industrial dedusting systems, and this only in the southern part of Belgium. In France and in the north of Belgium, we advise you to contact specialized installers in your area. We can inform you about them.
This "Installer" activity, which we carry out successfully, proves that we possess and master the required competences in aeraulics, and more precisely those relating to industrial dust removal systems. Our installations strictly comply with the regulations in force (CE), in particular with regard to the rate of dust rejection after passing through the filtering medium, the presence of dust whose concentration is said to be "explosive" (ATEX).
The installation of each of our products by our fitters and partners, on the networks that we install, allows us to apprehend their qualities as well as their defects, then to make the necessary improvements.

Installation of a mobile dust extraction system in a communal carpentry/joinery shop - 4,500 m³/h
It is often necessary to upgrade the shop's extraction system to meet current standards. Many small (and large) woodworking shops are still equipped with indoor dust bag units that do not meet public health standards in terms of the amount of dust released into the room after extraction. Extraction system installation in carpentry/joinery shops
Everything inside the workshop - the extraction ductwork - is in perfect working order and appears to be completely correct from an aeraulic point of view.Except for the flexible PVC hoses, which no longer meet current standards, the ducts were installed in accordance with the state of technology and the standards governing the efficient flow of fluids.
