Packaging of the products
To avoid high shipping costs, the hose is compressed before being packed in a plastic bag (pouch). This protects it and reduces its volume. Once unpacked and normally stretched, it returns to its normal length.
When preparing orders, we take care to adapt the packaging used as much as possible, taking into account the volume and weight of the products, as well as their protection for transport. Particular care is taken with parcels containing fragile products. The pallets, fitted with cardboard boxes, are in Euro (120 x 80 cm) or half Euro (60 x 80 cm) format, and are shipped via a courier or charter service.

For orders that do not exceed certain weight (30 kg) and volume criteria, we prefer the services of a parcel delivery service such as DPD, UPS, etc.
Depending on the type of product ordered, we use a wooden pallet, double-fluted cardboard packaging, stretch film, and dunnage cardboard for support.
For small, lightweight packages, a single cardboard box and dunnage will suffice.
