How do I create a customer account?

To place your order on our website at ducomat.com, click on the following link to create your customer account: https://www.ducomat.com/en/authentification?create_account=1

You will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address you provide.

You can also create your account during the purchase process.

You can change your account information at any time by logging in to your account via the ‘Login’ link at the top right.

All information that passes through our site is encrypted using SSL, so it cannot be intercepted by a third party without our knowledge.

IMPORTANT: To take advantage of the exemption from VAT payment in the sender's country, it is important to enter your VAT identification number correctly in the corresponding field.


How do I select my delivery address ?

You will then need to create your delivery address.  You have the option of managing several delivery addresses and using a billing address that differs from the delivery address.  During the purchase process, links allow you to make these choices easily.  You can access the management of your addresses at any time from your account.


How do I know whether my order has been confirmed?

An e-mail summary of all the information about your order is sent to your account address.  This e-mail lists the products you ordered and the price calculation, the delivery and payment methods, and the delivery and billing addresses. 

If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, you will also receive another e-mail with all the information necessary for the transfer.  The beneficiary is Mollie, our partner for online payment.
