Pipes

Our range of suction components for collection systems for wood chips and sawdust are used primarily in setting up industrial dust collection systems or extraction systems for joiners and carpenters. They are also used in manufacturing processes for vacuuming and extracting other types of products and waste, such as plastic and aluminium dust and waste or welding fumes.

Some professionals also use them when setting up their pneumatic transport systems, e.g. when transporting sawdust for the production of wood pellets.

The suction pipes for wood chips, the telescope pipes and the pipes with cleaning openings are available in different lengths. Anyone who has the technical and trade-related skills will understand how to use them.

Various clamps make the assembly very easy. You’ll find the clamps here: http://www.ducomat.com/en/353-rings.

Our industrial suction pipes are made of galvanised steel and feature a longitudinal crimp, giving them a long service life.

Pipes, ducts for your industrial wood chip suction system

Our range of suction ducts for wood chips and sawdust is mainly used in the creation of an industrial dust extraction system, or a vacuum system for the woodworking industry. It is also used for suction in production systems which discharge other types of products and waste: for example, dust and chips made of plastic or aluminium, or welding fumes.
Some businesses also use it to create their pneumatic conveying systems, such as the transport of sawdust for manufacture of wood pellets.

Our wood chip suction ducts, telescopic pipes and pipes with access door are available in various lengths. They can be deployed by anyone with basic manual and technical skills.
They are assembled easily with various types of pipe rings.

Our galvanised steel industrial suction pipes are laser-welded lengthwise from Ø 80 mm au Ø 400 mm. Beyond that length, they are closed by a lock seam. This provides them with a very good seal.
