What should I do if a product is damaged?


If you receive a package or pallet with damaged contents, always keep the damaged product and its packaging, and take photos to document the damage. Please email us at info@ducomat.be or call us at +32 4 240 72 56.

We will ensure that replacements for the damaged products are sent to you as soon as possible, or reimburse you for the value of the damaged products using the bank details that you kindly provided to us.

In any case, your request will be processed and a solution found for you, even if it takes a little longer.
